Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for all customers. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been confirmed and prepared for shipment, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted. If your order status shows “shipped” or “out for delivery,” unfortunately it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- The wrong item was received
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Orders already shipped or out for delivery
- Used, opened, or damaged items caused by the customer

Refund Processing
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
