Processing & Delivery Time  
All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Once your order has been confirmed, shipping typically takes 2–3 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

While we always aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related issues beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage  
We proudly ship across all Emirates within the UAE. Deliveries are available to residential addresses, offices, and other valid delivery locations.

Shipping Fees  
A flat shipping fee of 25 AED applies to most areas within the UAE. However, deliveries to Western regions and remote areas may have different shipping rates depending on the location.

Order Changes & Cancellations  
Customers may request order changes or cancellations only before the order has been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped or marked as out for delivery, cancellations, modifications, or address changes will no longer be possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information  
Please ensure that all shipping details, including phone number and address, are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts  
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery requests.
